Manny Ramirez has officially left the Dodgers after being traded to the White Sox.

The White Sox are responsible for the rest of his $3.85 million contract.  They offered the Dodgers a prospect and $1 million in return but they ended up just taking the money.  After missing 59 games due to injuries this past season, Dodgers manager Joe Torre had enough when, even after he was cleared, benched him.

After finally giving him a chance, Ramirez stepped to the plate with the bases loaded Sunday and was ejected for arguing on a first-pitch strike.
