The wait is over and the baby has finally arrived.
Beyonce delivered a healthy baby girl late Saturday evening in Manhattan. According to E! Online, the “Run The World” singer delivered by C-Section in the fourth floor at the Lenox Hill Hospital.
The couple rented out the entire fourth floor of the hospital and took massive security measures. Nurses and staff members were forced to give their cell phones and other electronic devices so they couldn’t link any photos of the new born child.
Father, Jay-Z had been telling close friends the couple had decided on the name Blue Ivy Carter for their new born.
The Crazy in Love duo first got married in 2008 after six years of dating and were named “couple of the century” when they first tied the knot. Of course, everyone expected a child from the couple right away but they both had their careers’ going for them.
America remembers that exciting moment back in August 2011 when Beyonce announced the big news onstage at the MTV Music Awards while performing her most recent single “Love On Top.”
According to her hometown’s newspaper, both mother and baby are “doing well.”
