Late actress, Brittany Murphy’s father, Angelo Bertolotti, is not convinced that his daughter’s death was fully looked at and investigated.

According to news.yahoo.com, Bertolotti filed a report to the Los Angles Superior Court on Tuesday, Jan. 10.

His report claimed that Murphy’s hair and other specimens were never fully investigated to check for poisons, toxins, or other heavy metals, during the autopsy. ”Plaintiff exhausted all extrajudicial means of ensuring that his daughter’s death is finally and fully investigated,” Berolotti’s report read.

In the claim, Berolotti states that arsenic poisoning can sometimes be misdiagnosed as pneumonia and anemia, which were factors that contributed to Murphy’s death on Dec. 20 of  2009.

Berolotti requests that his daughter’s hair, including her actual hair, a piece of her hair extension, and other hair particles be examined and tested so he can be sure that there was not any foul play in Murphy’s unexpected death. He wants as many tests done as possible.

Berolotti’s claim is being looked into.
