What is a modern relationship?

During a teenager’s high school years, one discovers the wonders of dating and love relationships to another level.  They compile everything they have seen throughout the years and learned from their culture to blend into their relationships.

“The modern kind of relationships lack communication, they are spiteful, and they feel the other person is disposable, but at the same time they can’t stand their own company.” said Valeria Flores, a senior at Valle Verde Early College. “Relationships are full of problems because in this generation most individuals have not grown into their own person.”

Recent movie films have made believe and suggested that young people are trying open relationships, to fulfill their life with not love, but pleasure.

According to canyoure8.com in 2005, 37 percent of all births were to unmarried women.

“I believe that open relationships have always existed, but we are more honest about them and we had made a term to make it seem like it’s an alright thing to do,” said 23-year old Ivan Sandoval, a UTEP student. “Fact is the world is changing, and many are setting commitments later in their lives to continue partying and messing around.”

Also according to randomhistory.com , 44% of the American population is single, that is over 100 million single men and women.

I spend my days trying to find out what time it is. In between that I find time to read, play guitar, sing, and write for scriptoria.
