President Donald Trump made his way out to Puerto Rico for his second visit to finish vital business with the people.
According to CNN, they have stated how Donald Trump should avoid and contain his comments that offend the people of Puerto Rico.
"I think his staff understands now and they have all the data they need," Cruz said. "But I would hope that the President of the United States stops spouting out comments that really hurt the people of Puerto Rico because rather than commander in chief he sort of becomes miscommunicator in chief."
During an interview Cruz had with CNN, Leyla Santiago stated how their conversation "preceded a 'productive' discussion with administration staff, but she lamented the tone of the President's remarks in the wake of back-to-back hurricanes"
Adding to that account, Trump has accused Cruz for taking a political view on his administration to openly criticize and judge his effort and support of the people in need.
After Trump stating that comment Cruz stated on how " It is not about politics. It is about saving the people." Concluding to her statement saying how all the mayors had confrontation with him for those same exact reasons.
According to the Business Insider "Earlier Tuesday morning, Trump appeared to soften his criticism, saying Yulín Cruz "acknowledged" the work the White House has done on the island."
"Well I think she's come back a long way," he said. "I think it's now acknowledged what a great job we've done. And people are looking at that. In Texas and in Florida, we get an A-plus. I think we've done just as good in Puerto Rico and it's actually a much tougher situation ... Whether it's her or anybody else, they're all starting to say it."
It is in ongoing battle between countries japing unneeded comments to one and other that will continue until the disaster in this country is solved.
